Housekeeping did a really good job here keeping everything clean, the hotel also gives you bottled water to drink. The room is a nice size with lots of space for your things. The mini fridge and A/C were both a lifesaver in September. The great location of the hotel puts you near everything, yet the neighborhood itself is quiet and away from major roads (in terms of noise). You can walk 5 minutes and be on major streets with music playing until late into the night but in this hotel you won’t hear a thing.

The staff were wonderful. They were all friendly, they assisted me well when I got to the hotel. Security showed me my room and carried my luggage. Thr company prepared a taxi for me and the taxi driver was great, my driver was already there when I got off the aeroplane. I enjoyed the breakfast, it was healthy, the coffee was smooth. I liked how all the staff were communicative. There was also a bar just before entering the hotel which was great. The view from the balcony was fantastic, a large space for me to see beyond I can see.

If you are a first-time traveler to Tbilisi and the hotel is located in the alleyways of the Old Town, it may not be easy to find. However, I recommend using Google Maps or BOLT taxi from the city center to locate it. The hotel offers excellent value for money and has well-equipped facilities. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Right next to the hotel, there is a restaurant that serves delicious food and provides a place to relax. Within a short walk from the hotel, you can enjoy Tbilisi's hotspots. It is a place worth visiting again.

Really nice little hotel in old Tbilisi, very close to the main streets but tucked away enough that it's not loud. 24/7 reception desk, extremely fast WiFi and multilingual staff. Showers were always hot, room was bright, clean and easily big enough for two people to have plenty of space. Extremely good value, would stay there again.

The location is perfect, very close to freedom sq, clock tower, around many bus stops, restaurants, excerions offices, the room is good enough for 1 person, but not for 2,the break fast is the basic

wonderful place to stay! so friendly staff,attentive, approachable, kind and nice , amazing location so close to everything . we had such a huge room with fireplace. and balcony. tea, coffee, cattle , fridge, baby crib, everything was provided. it was warm and very clean. so delicious breakfast, variety and taste was great. pancakes ( oladki) were a memory from my childhood same as my mom did. my husband had birthday and he got a bottle of vine as a gift it was really a nice gesture. we enjoyed so much , felt so comfortable, welcomed and happy! thank you!

Very much space. Location in the center of the city, we could reach everywhere we wanted (like botanical gardens or amusement park) on foot. A huge thanks for breakfast — it sincerely is the most delicious that we had in any hotel! Much respect to the chief cook!
